DM Missive: CoK wish-listing Pt 1

Ho Ho Ho! Yes, we may still be a few months out from Festivus but it won't stop us from acting spoiled and asking for things. So we have. 

Join us as we run through all of the Good aligned armies and point out their flaws and how they could be improved. While this will have no bearing on the upcoming Clash of Kings book, it's always nice to dream.
